The aim of the study was to develop models of a cloud-based information system for laboratory services (CISLS) implemented at medical facilities. The study results showed wide opportunities and prospects for the design of laboratory information systems (LIS) at a regional level. A clinical diagnostic laboratory will not depend on the functioning specifics of a particular LIS, but configure flexible interaction with CISLS, creating another model considering various factors both within the medical facility and the regional factors.
