A method of documenting some formal medical procedures is proposed in order to consolidate experience, bring clarity, exclude risk areas, as well as reduce the likelihood of falling into “loops” and making erroneous management decisions. For the purpose of unification, the proposed method is described in terms of the formal notation of GOST standards, the SIPOC method (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer) and is additionally synchronized with the PDCA cycle, which is well known to experts in the field of management systems and auditing processes. The results obtained can be applied in various private and public medical institutions that create or develop their own systems for managing medical services as part of the processes of «digital transformation».
