Electrocardiography (ECG) is one of the most common types of instrumental diagnostics, so the creation of specialized cardiographic information systems is an important step towards a fully digital clinic. The article presents the results of conducted research in the «National Medical and Surgical Center named after N.I. Pirogov» investigation to study the readiness of ECG equipment and software suppliers to be included in the complex information and technological landscape of a large multidisciplinary clinic. The second part shows the results of comparing the software of the considered solutions. The results of investigation confirmed the efficacy of digital ECG technologies, but highlighted significant challenges in integrating them into existing infrastructure. Measures are proposed to standardize the results of cardiological diagnostics, taking into account international models for implementation of the information technologies into clinical practice.
