The article presents a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the use of lean manufacturing technologies (BP) in the work of medical organizations based on evidence-based medicine. This allows the use of a system of “indicators”, alongside weighing coefficients and procedures for assessing the costs and effects of the introduction of BP technologies in a medical organization. Traditional indicators (medical effect, innovative result, economic effect, prevented economic damage, social effect, managerial, environmental, educational, scientific and technical effects, quality of life related to health according to complex indicators of public health or in points (as a percentage of the norm or standard)) are used as criteria for the result of the use of BP technologies. For this, a qualimetric assessment of the effectiveness of BP is carried out using mathematical and statistical methods.
