В работе систематизированы и обобщены сведения о возможных вариантах использования технологий метавселенных в практической медицине для оценки перспектив их широкого применения. Поиск публикаций проводился в базах данных PubMed и ScienceDirect, релевантными тематике обзора стали 35 научных работ за период 2021 г. — декабрь 2022 г.
Метавселенные потенциально могут быть использованы как для создания эффекта реалистичного погружения при взаимодействии с пациентом, так и для улучшения процессов диагностики, лечения и реабилитации. Использование метавселенных безусловно имеет определенные потенциальные риски. Важно определить, для каких целей и в каких случаях необходимо и обосновано их внедрение.
В случае тесного взаимовыгодного сотрудничества регуляторных органов, академического медицинского сообщества, IT-компаний и постепенного решения имеющихся проблем, становится возможным перейти от далеких фантазий о виртуальной вселенной к реальным ее воплощениям.
