The paper provides an overview of software solutions created between 2018-19 for the integrated information system of the Clinical Oncological Dispensary No.1 in Krasnodar. Health, laboratory, and radiology information systems have been introduced, alongside combined digital archives of medical images. A reference centre for breast pathology based on teleradiology was also organized, and the automatic transmission of images of mobile mammography complexes to the workplaces of radiologists has be...

In this article, we provide a brief overview of precision and predictive medicine, which use modern medical diagnostics, molecular medicine approaches, and information technology. This includes artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyse medical data in order to improve the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of diseases. The development of effective predictive medicine is changing the traditional medical approach to diseases and patients from the reactive paradigm of response to dis...

Is it possible to link the prevalence of cancer cases in a Russian region with the age of its population and several environmental variables, specifically by levels of atmospheric air pollution, emissions of radioactive elements, and discharges of contaminated wastewater? The aim of the study is to build a linear regression model that links the oncologic incidence of the population Y within the region in year t with the listed factors taken with lags. One of the variables was qualitative and the...

The dynamic development of diagnostic radiology requires updating its approaches to resource management, as well as revising outdated time standards. The purpose of the study is to determine a turnaround time for reporting results of radiological examinations in primary health care for the formation of time standards. Material and Methods. The analytical (elementwise) method of labour rationing was used. The research included image interpretation and writing CT scan reports, image interp...

This article focuses on the development of a system to help epileptologists use an automated search for epileptic seizures in electroencephalographic records. Purpose: Development of software that implements the analysis of EEG signals for the subsequent detection of epileptic seizures Materials and methods: EEG data from 10 patients with symptomatic epilepsy, which are characterized by recurrent, stereotyped seizures after exposure to a provoking factor were used in the study. The data was reco...

Healthcare systems in countries around the world are becoming more complex every year. The number of automated processes in the industry, the requirements for forecasting these processes, and the efficiency of managing the entire system are increasing with digital transformation. Simulation modelling allows us to imagine the state of processes under real conditions to identify the most important processes and operations. This article is devoted to the creation of an information model of the clin...

Knowing the parameters of the infectious and epidemic process allows us to make a forecast and calculate the amount of exposure to infectious morbidity. On the basis of real data of registered cases of the disease, mathematical modelling of serial morbidity increases was carried out. The parameters and initial conditions of five viral infections (mumps, chickenpox, rubella, measles and viral hepatitis A) were determined. The reproductive number ranged at 2.4–5.3, while the oscillation am...
