Гликемические индексы (ГИ) продуктов питания из международной базы данных использованы для расчёта гликемической нагрузки в исследовании фактического питания в популяционной выборке. Проанализированы структура и актуальное состояние базы данных ГИ, выполнен её перевод на русский язык. Разработана специализированная информационная база для подбора адекватных аналогов российских продуктов питания. Результаты расчёта ГИ по номенклатуре продуктов питания экспортированы в компьютерную программу оценки фактического питания.
